Talking about the mother of all shades – the iconic British eyewear designer Oliver Goldsmith has created an exclusive limited edition frame for Harvey Nichols called The Hampton. It’s a reworked version of their early 80s The Hampton frame that has been out of production for the past 20 years. The frames are individually handcrafted using rare acetates and hand-polished within an inch of its life for a week (yes, a week!) for a deep sheen. I’m loving the metallic purple version that is spot on with the fall colors.  There’s only ten of each color way so no risk of feeling like one of the thousands wearing same sunglasses.
